Jeffery Marquardt

Jeffery Dean Marquardt, age 62, of Vergas, Minnesota, formerly of Denver, Colorado, passed away at his home on Monday, May 23, 2022.  Jeffery was born in Perham, MN, on April 10, 1960, to Gerald and Gail (Sprouls) Marquardt.  He attended Perham High School.  After high school, he moved to Denver where he found work as a framer in residential construction.  In 2018, Jeffery retired from construction and returned to the lakes area, where he resided until his passing.

Jeffery is survived by his two daughters: Patricia Gallegos of Denver, CO; and Ashley Guerra of Denver, CO; a son, Abbas Montoya of Denver, CO; his mother, Gail of Vergas, MN; brothers: Jody (Sherry) Marquardt of Vergas, MN; and Joel Marquardt of Detroit Lakes, MN; and 12 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald.
