Richard Raymond Boggie Sr., age 64, of Dent, MN, passed away Sunday, October 17, 2010 at the Frazee Care Center after a valiant battle against cancer. A memorial service was held 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at the Frazee Care Center with Father Ilango officiating.
Richard was born on April 17, 1946 in Minneapolis, MN, to Jess & Christine Boggie. He grew up and lived in the Minneapolis area and eventually made his home near Dent, MN. He enjoyed the outdoors especially when he could be fishing the area lakes or hunting. He also had a passion, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and enjoyed the time he spent riding. Richard's two dogs, Dutchess and Sam also brought great joy to his life.
Richard is survived by his son, Richard Raymond Jr.; 2 grandchildren: Jeffrey & Katara; 3 brothers: Jess Jr., David & Stephen; his significant other, Patricia Kampa; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Raymond Richard.
